The Air Jordan 1 Low “University Blue/Black” is a collegiate inspired look for the low-top version of Michael Jordan’s first signature shoe. The “University Blue/Black” undoubtedly references the UNC Tar Heels by employing the school’s shade of light blue in its design. The Carolina Blue hue appears on the leather overlays on the forefoot . eyelets . mid-panel . and heel. Black leather can be found on the toe . collar . and Swoosh branding on either side of the shoe. Elsewhere . a black embroidered “Wings” emblem is stitched onto the heel and a University Blue Jumpman appears on the black nylon tongue. Jordan Brand finishes off the look with a white midsole and contrasting black outsole.
